As for the response time from our support team, the guys have been swamped with tickets lately, I am afraid. But they will get back to you as soon as they can.

So what you are saying is the items I bought and were lost during the freezing issues arent going to get refunded or compensated for the value of the items? Since 2+ weeks is more than enough even if swamped and like Madco said, nothing changes or they just close the ticket put immediately. How would you recommend them getting my refund on the items? Since you are the only one actually responding

"The purchases were added to your account successfully and spent afterwards.
A refund can be granted only if a player didn't spend the purchased items.
You can still request a refund from the Play Store directly. Make sure to specify the reason why you want a refund so that your request is processed in a timely manner."
