Hello all! We will be performing slight maintenance at 12.30 PM UTC today. It is aimed at fixing several issues in the game (such as some visual deviations on certain devices and battle result errors). The promised compensation for the downtime yesterday will also be issued

When will the random deadlocks issue be dealt with that has affected many players since 1.7 went live, over ten days ago now, and has been completely ignored on here, discord and by support. Over the ten plus days my losses far outweigh the compensation given for server instability and yet no one has even apologised and said "we're working on it". 200-300 energy, gems, keys, xp bonus just for a few hours of server disruption. What will we get for over ten days of client hangs and wasted resources, artifacts, arena points, keys, arena tiers, etc. ?i have to agree with thaya! it is kinda strange.
How about you perform a maintenance that either removes or brings to life all of the content that you're literally just flashing in our faces as a tease? There's a tower in the dungeon section with a lock on it that says "hidden" when you click it. There's a locked out Faction Wars page that explains how it works but is 100% inaccessible. There are still loading pages showing 6* artifacts that are not yet released. And the new missions show rewards such as 6* & legendary artifacts, but cannot be obtained because they also ask us to complete stage 20 dungeons that do not exist!
Note your intents for potential upcoming features in the forums, or on discord, or whatever, I don't care. But the nerve of you to actually stick it in the game with no access for such an extended period of time (like faction wars, for example, was "added" MONTHS AGO) is absolutely ridiculous. It's like you're teasing us to the extent that you're just laughing or even spitting in our faces.

It's remarkable how some players' - myself included - feelings about all these "great features to come" slid from excitement, to sadness, to irony, to outright rage in just about two months. Very bad planning, management and execution. Really bad communication. Waiting for new content since March. Waiting for bug fixes since deep in beta.
How much time does it take to update a wiki article? An image? The only thing in this game that works flawlessly well is the shop.
Fully support DeeKay's sentiment, I can hardly avoid the use of F* and C* words in this forum nowadays. Nothing fun in it.

Did we even get any compensation? Ive yet to see them.
Concerning the teasing about new content, I had a feeling yesterday that discontinuation of the game might happen like LOTR shadow of war. It started out strong and then boom, gone.
Did not like that gut feeling as this has to potential to be a very fun game.
Get on it guys, give us that update we've been waiting for. And for some, been paying for ;)
Yeah...where's the comp? Because I didn't get anything.
Sidenote - the current Arena event is broken - Gold flags are yielding 1 point and all of my tokens are gone now. Do we get comp for that too? Maybe next year?
