Compensation: Game Instability

Greetings from Plarium!


Due to a number of technical issues, the game was unstable for a number of players. This, in addition to the Steal Buff and Transfer Debuff effects not working properly, has caused certain inconveniences when playing. In appreciation of your patience, we have provided the following items and resources to all players who were registered in the game up to February 28th:

  • 250 Energy
  • XP Boost (1 Day)
  • 2 Clan Boss Key
The Clan Boss Keys will be added directly, while other items will be sent to your Inbox.

I have sent in two tickets as i am still experiencing instability issues.


I also never received the compensations...

Пора еще одну выдавать, по 4-5 раз в день регулярно в компании вылазит ошибка с предложением перегрузится или написать в поддержку. Поддержка отвечает на это, мол мы в курсе, работаем... Ок, но энергия улетает по 40-50 в день уже неделю.

Perhaps Playrium should focus on resolving the support queries as well from mid-March that were closed without anyone taking a look at resolving the issue ...

Same here, it completely died after the update. It crashes at launch. I’ve spent too much money on this game to have this happen!

Game is so broke right now.  Non-stop crashing while playing Minotaur lvl 14.  I keep sending reports.  Probably 1 crash every 3 or 4 attempts.


I just have to stop playing now until this is fixed.  I've probably lost 200 hundred energy easy.


I have been paying gems for these refreshes!

We've released hotfix 1.9.1 to help iOS issues. Try to update your phone and see if it's any better.

The EXACT same thing! Losing so much energy because the game is giving me all sorts of errors! Playing on BlueStacks with a very good connection, so it's not a problem on MY END - it's theirs. 


I also didn't receive the bonuses for updating the game. What's up with that!?


I have raid pass active and sometimes make purchases, but this is mad. I'm thinking about cancelling everything and quitting if this doesn't end- wasting my money here! My actual real-world-hard-earned-money! They don't deserve it if they won't fix the game. I am definitely not the only one who has this idea.

Nerfing champs and adding new content NEEDS to stop until the game is stable again. Priority should be fixing the game, not doing small adjustments to champions and adding new events. We can't play, if the game isn't working well

Also had it load extremely slow and i opend void with gems and it freezes after her 2nd attack for a while. Annoying when u pay gems to unlock void for 24 hrs and u cant really farm it.

Champ page and everything else been slow too. Across tablet, phone and comp

Hey.... I give gem for silver coins but the game take gem and no silver.... I don't like this.. In the shop is a blue one.. 200,000.00 coins after one hour disepear... And I don't take that... This it's not ok

Are we going to see the fix to the game freeze and crash issue that has been going on for months? I have lost actual money from stam and gems I have saved up and redeemed to grind and froze multiple times. I have gone 7+ days without reply from support and the one indid get closed and merged my issues into a closed topic. Again I have lost real money and Google play advised me to start a form to have then look into why nothing is being done.
