Greetings, everyone!

Due to a number of issues, the new help desk tool had to be temporarily disabled. Instead, we have returned the old ticket form to replace it while we investigate and fix the cause of the problems. Those players that still had open tickets will need to re-open them, as Support currently has no access to them either. 

We apologize for the inconvenience and will do everything we can to bring the Support tool back online as soon as we can.
