Hi Alyona...

 I apologise for being late to answer you but I expected to finish this week's  Raid Ranking, for respect on the tournament and the players who took part ...  I m suprising you arent aware of this issue as happens every week especially to the top raiders... To run for the weekly Raid Ranking you need to be a well organised person and monitoring yr farms and yr opponents.. So for that kind of persons like us,it isnt difficult to find who is cheating or not... for example:

If someone got 2,5 million resources Monday evening its impossible to have 4,5 million Tuesday evening as it is only 10 raids daily... In a case you tell me maybe he had some long distance raids that cant happens cos no one can risk more then 15-20  long distance raids in a row.. Its matter of time to have waste of resources... 

In my situation happens once in last January and was the first time I won and break Roy Mah's dynasty on Raid rankings (I had 5 raids on hands then suddendly my raids refilled to 10)... i was thiking just a system's mistake on me, but I had to apologise to Roy Mah about my not clear victory..

 A month later happens for 2nd time (Refill me from 6 raids on hand to 10) against to Roy Mah again.. But I won clear as I had 900 k difference from Roy Mah... 

 After that always happens against me, but even against that. I almost always won everytime I took part, cos that happens to raiders who did a lot of mistakes or they werent well organised and focus.. So I didnt pay a lot of attention cos i was a lvl ahead enough do not loose the 1st spot from my opponents ..

Summer I didnt take part of raiding due to my summer job but when I return back on rallying at October I heard from players that happens every week.. The first time I took part again to weekly raid ranking, happens against me... At the second time I took part refills my raids from 6 to 10... I won the 1st spot but that victory was clear with 700 k res and without using that 4 raids as respect to other runners. Third time happens against me..And i cant tell you about previous week (4th one) cos I m stillm investigate it.. 

  The issue happens normally Mondays evenings or Tuesday evenings Greenwich time... The problem with issue is that the players before they had some raids on hands to hide from others and now everyone is trying to eliminate his raids, so to get the max 10 raids in advance.. All the hard job players do to monitoring them farms, the hours spenting to search the map and they way the other raid runners playing, is blowing away.. Now the only thing you need, just to catch the LOTTO with the refilling raids and win the tournament ... 

Is that fair for a pure competition???

Your suggestion that somehow the raids refill for some player is a realistic explanation for the problem. And of course it is not fair at all.

Understood now, thank you for the explanation. I can assure you that Plarium employees do not interfere in game process, and do not restore anyone's Raid attempts.

  I read the article of commander Trevor German from the blog of SOLDIERS. INC (If this article you mean) and I find interesting but only for my newbies and my medium class players in my coalition... Here on SPARTA our Top Raiders are one lvl ahead and I believe,Trevor German hasnt hopes to catch the Top 3 if he is playing here... Our Top Raid Runners they use another legal trick, a secret weapon (as it costs them drhms)... I cant say it here, cos it ll stops to be a secret weapon...

  But back to the point now... ,  I told you someone restored my raids 3 times plus I have dozens of complains from other Top Raiders that happens several times for them or against them... If no one from Plarium employees do not interfere in the game then who restored those raids??? Is the game secured  for such kinds of issues or not???

Yes, I meant exactly that article :) As for your issue, I haven't heard of it before. Could you please contact Support with the date when it happened and ask them to investigate what happened to your raids?

Hi Alyona...

It happens against this week and that happens yesterday against me and Diroccothegreat.. Yesterday a raid bug restore Kerfi raids up to maximum and now Diroocothegreat he ll lost the 1st post.. Isnt fair for him... That raid bug must stops... And please stop restore my raids the week I m not taking part on Raid Ranking,,, Actually I dont want noone week to restore my raids... I ll win with my sword.. Not with bugs...

I was monitoring the top 3 Raid runners and yesterday Wednesday at 16:00 G.T. , Kerfi had 4,1 m with one raid left on him.... Then today at 10:00 GT he had 5,9 m... Plarium needs to find a solution... I dont have any problem with Kefti  and I respect his hard job he does on Raid Rankings.. But that thing needs to stops or if it cant its time for Plarium  to find new employees who they can stop it...

i haven't monitored these raids but if what dorieas says is true it would be great to solve for good this ''raid bug''...it is clear that this week I lost the battle for 1st place, unless i receive 10 raids(hard to believe it). If someone(from top 3) gets 10 raids is fair game for the other two archons to get the same. 

So Plarium Games is manipulating the game self ?

They manipulating the outcome of tournements and Plarium Games decide who wins the tournement ? Like in this example , they give extra changes to a few p(l)ayers and not to the rest of the competers ?

I see this bug as a raider my self and I was always wondering what is going on. This seems really an innapopriate content to exist in the game ! I am sure though that  our developers will have a look at it and fix if that's true !
