Sorry to inform you but we can't do anything about it in here.
You have to contact support (again) & they will take action on this. i removed 1st screenshot since it was revealing player haven location which is not allowed.
Please reply to your already submitted ticket (though they will investigate the issue which normally takes 2-3 days and than they will take action as per their guide) and contact one of the moderator over kabam forum and ask them to forward the ticket ID to CM, or if you can send a PM direct to CM, do it and he will make sure that appropriate action is taken immediately in this regard.

I know you in the forums can't do anything about it directly. But seeing as people are getting away with murder in the game, I figured, hey, lets get some public outrage going here. I find a whole brotherhood with swastikas on their havens. Support don't seem to do nothing. At the very least they should go into those havens and just outright delete those swastikas with no ruby refund.
i understand your frustration but again you know all we can do is direct you to support & tell you to communicate with Community Manager,
Please take this issue to kabam forums since it is plarium forums here and it seems you have no issue with this server.
