We put their bodies in red spiced rum while we are fighting in seven seas to give them a final sip of their fav. food.

Once we make port, we place the pirate in his hammock and put his pistol with him with only one bullet in it, in case he return from hell & need to kill some immediate danger.

If we lost one mercenary than we honor them with firing of guns, more guns mean the most feared merc.

And later we auction their belonging to remit funds to his family.

some times it's kind to be cruel lol, 

For one,  They be gone!! So fair well, It's  time to make more... nice to have had you among my walls, sorry you perished among the battle of my stupidity  but no time to cry over it... a new day tomorrow and raids of resources and prizes will set up a new army
