Yes ..this game is lacking veteran player who give the rest of us idea and strategy on doing things...like how to raid a prize and wheather to send ships or not here...
if u can build 4 type of unites at same time (pirates ,armada .merce.fleet)...what should u build if u r PvP orientated..or more like BH player
we need more understanding on the scourge of the week ....
basically we need more veteran player that want to help the rest of us
i understand that a BH usually is where u get all of this but it's better not to type the same strategy for each player who join the Bh ( u get the idea )

I know we share this in my BH we try and keep the updated with new tips of the game
But also the forums have alot of tips in the right places, look around and you will see we have a prize

btw my first tip is, when first starting, build up on your troops,
if you can only build pirate and merc units then
for PIRATE Units defense build bonnies
for offense build bucs
MERC units build offense Cannoneers
Fleet build defense gunboats
these can be switched any time do to your gaming experience
I build Armada units as well but never use them in prizes
many pirates will build troops that cost the most so they can bank up faster
* the purpose of hitting prizes is to try and get better troops you can't make yet
Once you learn all your discoveries the purpose then is to win more of the better troop
by killing lesser of the value troops *

my second tip is..
Don't try being a hero, this will only get your troops killed
think before you do, yes this is a combat game, but also a strategy game,
many brotherhoods want a team mate with troops not a suicidal manac with nothing to show worth

Can't really add much to what Blas said. but the place in game you should be learning is your brethren. As leaders we generally give the role of advisor out for those that are trusted but also can teach new recruits how to play. Yes there are some BHs out there that don't take as much time into because they only accept experienced players of a certain level.
If your BH can't lead you to success in your own ventures then before getting frustrated with the game and quitting, find a better BH. There's hundreds out there to choose from. Talkative BHs may appear active but aren't necessarily helpful. Chatty doesn't equal knowledgable or helpful. But on the otherside of the coin you have the forums to come to or find the mods in the game. Fazi, Blas and I all run our own BHs, we're happy to accept players in their development(hopefully I didn't assume too much :P)

thank you a lot mate...last week i lost 1 k brigantine + 600 frigate on the prize and i didn't get much...i ll start using only pirates and merc for the prize

thats the way to go,
don't kill the better value of troops especially if you can't make them yet...
only way that is good to kill good troops is if you are banking them, but even then you have to yellow bar your prizes
so you don't get paid to soon....
