wouldnt it make more sense to offer discounts across the whole lot then ppl with less money can pick and choose im pretty sure you would make a ton more money as this is what other games do. you could perhaps try it for 2 weeks see if your takings are up then pay me 1mil rubies for making you some money :)

Perhaps, but they've been doing this for awhile and I think they have it zeroed in to what benefits them best. I agree though that more micro-transactions would help the average player (or reducing the Ruby cost for certain items/units.) But that ultimately is their prerogative.
