it was boring watching stuff for other Plarium games and nothing about Pirates

Why can't they add Rum to the Royal Cannon?
It has always seemed very odd that it only gives extra Gold and Lumber - http://prntscr.com/crd6t6Earlier many game features were designed to give only extra Gold and Lumber, because Rum was important to support your army, so it was a precious Resource. Now we won't change the existing bonuses as it would require too many changes to the game code.Why can't they add Rum to the Royal Cannon?

is there a way to bank resources and then get them out of the bank to use? also how do you get them from the harbor to use?
if you purchase them for rubies they are stored in smuggler den and also rewards you get from crew roster & tournaments.
