Chrome 76 is out - the last milestone before Flash's final death
Chrome 76 is out, but be careful:
Summary
Flash will be disabled by default, but can be enabled in Settings at which point explicit permission is still required for each site when the browser is restarted.
Rationale
Require affirmative user choice to run Flash Player.

If I'm reading this right, this means you'll need to re-allow Flash with every browser restart. I didn't try it, so I might be wrong, but probably not far off from how frustrating it'll be for browser users, especially those who turn their computers (or, at least, browsers on and off frequently).
Whether you want to upgrade or not is your call. I won't, until I absolutely have to.
