I can't post something new to suggestions. How is that useful?
The customer service for this game has gone downhill in the last few months. All they want to do is take our money.

It's not, but - personally - I find it more honest like this than when it was open and almost completely ignored by the company.
Bug reports seem to be handled more quickly now, although I'm not sure if always appropriately. The reports being public does help other players, as well as the one reporting it (if the rest of us respond before the agents do), although I'm unhappy that we can only make those reports live. What happens when you need to post your units or some other "private" haven data? There should be a private option as well.
