Those that say there is no bug that can send your units to the wrong prize, until it happens to you, you can't say that. I to have had it happen, sent an attack to a defensive prize and chose all defensive units, when I got the report it had changed to an offensive.
I have been in this game a very long time and I know how easy it is to make a mistake and send the wrong units to the prize but I do know, this bug is there and does happen, it's happened to me. Just as there is a bug, that has happened to me, where I had an attack going to a presidio, clicked the capture tab on the presidio, the screen opened up showing the Presidio No. ,Coords, along with all your units below , I chose my units to use in the attack, not only did I double check but I triple checked. This was a presidio attack, a very large one at that I made sure as I always do. I watched it go toward the presidio, then get the report, and was shocked to see my attack went to a Bastion???? I'm sitting there bewildered as to how this can happen. So all this double and triple checking, making sure what I was sending was to the correct presidio was done for nothing. The game changed it.
This game has bugs, major ones. Then the joke is when you submit a ticket to support. Support is a joke. They do nothing but read from a scripted book. Nothing will ever be corrected by support, they just say, buy your units back. HAHA, your kidding me. These bugs that happen, that cause players to lose major units, are like a slap in the face and then the worse slap is when support does nothing, as usual. But I've learned there is no sense in ever contacting support because they will never do a thing about an issue, correct anything, send anything to the developers. I think they get these tickets in, then just delete them. Just as I had a manager in here tell me on another occasion that a ticket had never been sent in on a another incident, but I keep all the emails and proved to them that there was indeed a ticket submitted, and what their response was, so they did indeed receive it, responded and then told the mgr. a fib.
There is another bug that will take your units out of your harbor. I've seen many people have this happen to them. It's happened to me. I have my harbor at level 26 so everything I train goes to my harbor. I hadn't used my units in a couple of days after being sick, but even though it's a level 26, I still for some reason out of habit, check at least every hour to secure my units. Well upon checking this time, over half my offensive units were out, Plague ships, HMS , juggernauts, SOTL, etc... luckily I caught it and secured them. This wasn't the case for a team mate. Had an auto crew hider on, also checks as much as I do, to make sure units are always secured and he went to get something to drink. He was away for 5 minutes and when he came back, every unit he had was out, and his haven had mysteriously been attacked and he lost everything. Well he submitted a ticket only to get that slap in the face telling him nothing could be done but he could buy them back. Also had this happen to a member last night, So tell me, how does your units just jump out of the harbor? Then when they do just jump out, how is it that someone is always around to raid your haven when you haven't been raided in quite some time. IT's just another tactic to get a player to lose their units, because Plarium wants you to buy them back. Spend that money. It's also a way to lose your players. I have known players leave the game over this units jumping out of the harbor thing. This has to be happening internally because ships don't just jump out by themselves.
So in so much as others say there is none of these bugs, there are, because they have happened to me and others.
