reinforcements sent on a block

Excuse the bad English derivation of google translator.

I have a question for you and I hope you can clarify a doubt.

Player A makes a block on Player B

Player C sends defensive reinforcements to Player B that is locked.

If I try to free Player B, I have to defeat only player A players or even those sent in reinforcement by Player C

Firstly, you should never send defensive reinforcements to liberate a blockade - you need to send offense units which will only attack player A's units and player B does not take part in the battle (which is a very selfish attitude, don't you think? LOL)
You are only attacking the siege, not the haven
