Hi Guys & Gals, Hope this not be the last post ... a grim time over the horizon. Yet I would like to know ~    "How the VIP lvl stat boosts are calculated ?" 

If we look at a specific boost ~

... 35% unit defense boost it says. I have been thinking if it's 35% on overall defense of a unit or 35% of the base defense (without discovery & building bonus) of a unit ?

At a test run, I found that VIP bonus can be seen by this way probably ~

Now, submarine's base defense is 587.5, so 35% of the base defense is 205.6 (shall skip counting for overall, it'll go bigger). While the defense difference between a TI and a block seems only (1903-1786)/117 points by that test.

Therefore, the difference seems too low than the amount mentioned at prestige bonuses ... 

Is there had to be some correction ? or am I missing something ?
