i don't understand why you're not opening barrels until you get a large coil. you only need the coil to extract potions that you've applied, you can keep them in the storage for as long as you like.

Open them then mix them all. No point in letting them sit there. There are only 2 coil types as you can see below. A small coil is not needed for levels 1-4, which is why it doesn't exist. Levels 1-4 can be extracted without being destroyed. Personally though I wouldn't buy them out right. I'd get them from a ruby pack.

There is no point in opening them either.

My current ones are level 8, which I can retrieve with freely obtained medium coils. I won't pay 5k rubies for big coil. As I argued on Kabam's forum: the coil prices are absurd. If they cost 50, or 25, or at least 10 times less, it would make sense to use potions, exchanging them often, for a small fee. The way they are now, the potions are next to useless in terms of strategy (you pick 3 that you like and you stick with them).

Once I can get these potions to level 12, I'll do the whole swap and once again forget about them.
