There can be many reasons why the lags occur.

The issue can be on your PC/browser/router/Internet provider/CDN/our server/etc.

To understand the reason of lag, we need some additional information. You can help us to investigate your case if you do the following:

3. Try to access the game

4. Do the right click on any line and tick Save as HAR with content http://screencast.com/t/gxsrje20g

5. Input the following command in cmd: tracert plarium.hs.llnwd.net Then make a screenshot of it.

6. Send this information to our Support Team: http://support.plarium.com/Tickets/Submit/.

They will help you to understand the reason of your lags and will help you to fix them.

I have no lag or drop outs. I use Chrome, downloaded directly from Google. No extensions. There are four plugins, disable all but Flash. Clear cache daily checking boxes 1, 2, 3, 4, 7, 8, only. This method clears flash LSOs as well so no need to mess with the flash control panel.

The game is resource hungry. A computer with a decent amount of memory (and, a bit less important, not too slow processor) is needed. A friend upgraded and it solved a lot of game problems for him. I'd suggest at least 8GiB of memory (although that also depends a bit on the operating system that you're using).

The less memory your system has, the more frequent restarts are needed. And by "restarts" I mean "completely close the browser, wait a few seconds (for the disk to stop buzzing), then start it again".
