I have another question here. When losing offensive troops in a defensive prize or vice versa is the value still 100% or is it at something like 50%. I am still worried because I have not been paid back yet for my losses even though they have paid me back the numbers doesn't crunch up. Although I do believe that I didn't gt paid out in full the banking I have is still there. For example I started out with 2k subs and ended up losing like 6k total of subs not counting other units. Now I have like 200 subs left. So now I am behind 1,800 subs and the 6k subs lost has a 12% banking bonus right. So I should have a total of 2412 subs worth of resources in the bank, is this correct? If I was to list the other units also I am way behind. Since when I started the day doing the prize I had roughly 6 mil offense and 3 mil def. Now at the end of the day of doing prizes I am behind about 2 mil off and like 1.5 mil def. I did not gain anything but lost many things. So I am wondering if this 12% bonus is real or fake. If it is real my bank is most likely really high and they just haven't paid me yet. Well not as high as other players but for my size and level of prize it should be quite high. Level 49 highest prize.
In total just subs that I lost when looking in the infirmary it is a little over 16k. With that said should I be expecting a big payout soon or what because there are other units that I don't want to add to the list but the numbers are pretty high also.
The only changes to prizes I've seen is the pay every win. Its not a big payout but does help sometimes. I have noticed it takes bit more than it used to, to defeat prizes. Its not by much but on the lower end(1-50) but makes a difference on the higher end(50+).
Negatively, can't really say but everyone's perception on the matter is different.
slight correction to Blas' statement - the value is probably less than 1/2. Reasoning is because of veteran. After regular units they should have the next highest value. In turn that would mean brethren and pardond have a lower value. This assumption is based on the idea that you can pardon veteran units.
Here's an example using gunboats :

Here's an example using gunboats :
In the end after pardoning they both would have the same boost from pardons. But resource cost is different. Now the game may not know the difference afterwards it just sees pardond units. which would imply that pardond and brethren units would have either the same value if not less than a veteran unit. As you all can see its more than half the value to create a veteran unit compared to the regular gunboat
A vet has a res value worth 30% of a regular unit. Since a vet can be pardoned, draw your own conclusions. Would Pl actually distinguish between a pardoned vet unit and a pardoned regular unit?
As for brethrens. Their res value is zero to me and I treat them as such. This can all be tested in the kabam servers with much lower level hits for a much lower cost to draw conclusions.
I have always been told that all units revert to their 'normal' resource values when sent to the bank
This should mean that brethren, pardoned and veteran units have identical values to normal units
Anne Bonnie hinted at this on the old Kabam Forum, and I have never seen any other official response
Everything else is just urban myths and speculation
I always use this site for prizes as it gives a very good estimate of the force needed to complete each level and the eventual payouts when the bank is full

Adventures give their own rewards (including Dread Fleet units), so should never contribute to the bank

Sending units to the 'wrong' prizes used to be a good way to boost the bank because it only converts their resource values and ignores off/def values completely
