RE: Game Hackers--A formal response from a Plarium company respresentative....who, when, where???
So, when is an official representative from Plarium going to provide a formal response to player concerns? Specifically, the concern of hackers who have breeched program securities in the game.
The circular logic provided in the forums hasn't forwarded this issue to any resolution.
First the moderators will not moderate the posts in the threads. Surely they have the ability and access to deleting unrelated posts in a thread...bothersome. Rather than keeping threads on topic, some actually participate and encourage the digressions in the threads.
Second, we are told nothing is wrong but as the days pass, we are also informed that Plarium can't monitor everything (take that as a broad sweeping term)...so how do they know when something is or isn't working according to design? They don't; they depend on players, and yet treat the players rather badly. Hope everyone in the game understands that your money has been deemed worthless, your experience and knowledge of the game ignored.
Third we are told not to spam support, but in order for support to "find" what we can see so obviously as the end user, we are then told to give support all the information and YET, we are then told that support prioritizes according to numbers of complaints, support tickets, etc....what? I can't be alone in wondering the logic in this. This one is just as insulting as the initial response in the forums.
One thing is sure, Plarium will not or cannot provide community interactions with the people that really support it--us, the players.
