I got 30 lvl finishers, but when I click to use them nothing happens - anyone figure this out yet?

Activate the Premium Battle Pass and get 30 Level Finishers
In the level up window, increase the "Select the number of levels to complete" slider, and click the green button at the bottom.
It provides one additional que that can be used for normal and/or veternan units - it does not provide an extra normal and an extra veteran que.

Hey Plarium,
What happens at the end of the Premium Battle Pass for units in the Battle Pass Training que? For instance, what happens if I have 10k units in the que 1 hr before it expires - do they vanish, does it carry over until those groups complete, are resources refunded?

I am not Plarium, but I hope you don't mind me answering this one. 
Those units get pushed to your regular queues. You have that in the tutorial here:
These Additional Training Queues will expire at the end of the Battle Pass Season and all Units that are being trained will be moved to your regular Training Queues.

the battle pass training ques are set up so you can't add units if it expires b4 they can be completed.
