See the note below that box:

Your game coordinates e.g. "x:100 y:-200" or id e.g. "um111222" or "pm111222" without quotation marks.

You're supposed to paste the ID (from the Help window), but then remove everything except the "pp<digits>" bit.

I agree that it's weird that they don't parse it themselves, but it's been like that for many years now and I don't think it'll change.
