If you just collected the spoils (those res floating around your haven), some of them were not detected by the game server. Reload and you'll see a) some them floating around your haven again, and b) lower amount in your WH/Cellar than before the reload.

This bug is as old as the spoils themselves (so, almost as the game), but I'm yet to get someone from Plarium to confirm it. In the meantime, players gave it an affectionate name "phantom spoils".

If this is not what's happening to you, please state so, so that the agents now that there is still an undiscovered problem.
