And could you also explain why we get so many messages from Ann OMalley telling us we just scored ZERO points in tournaments?

Bad enough that we get this spam, but it always takes 2 or 3 attempts to delete it, then it reappears every time we refresh, along with half of our deleted battle reports and tinker messages, and always marked as unread again
