did not fall off turnip truck yesterday, i share my account name and password with no one and is not related to my social network account and i will never share my account information on it either

Bh Leader is not the only rank that can promote/demote other members. In some brotherhoods almost all ranks can promote/demote any other member who is lower in rank than themself

[18:33] WharfRat: best i can tell only the BH leader can promote to rank of adviser, and i didn't, also rank change did not show in Envoy where they should have, the only way we were aware of the change in rank was the rank showed for the Cpt. when he took the pardons, and whoever did it wanted everyone to know he was doing it he made a point of taking multiple pardons from the same pres each one having a different rank

i am the leader, and i had one of my other Capt try to upgrade one of the other Capt to adviser and he could not do it
