When I go to boost the upgrade on my resource building by clicking on the building, and then selecting the BOOST options, it opens the options for a different building than the one selected, and has caused me to spend boosts on the wrong building. The correct building doesn't seem selectable. It always opens the wrong one. 

NOTE: Clicking the "Select" icon rather than clicking on the building itself seems to work OK. But it's still a bug.
