Calm down. Plarium is an international business with offices around the world, including in Russia.
Raise a ticket here (I can't write Russian, but it's the third category in the second drop-down). Try to be polite and as detailed as possible, to help them figure out what the problem is.
I don't know if the Support is able to respond or not. I do know they are trying to work, but it's a bit hard with civilian targets being bombed and all. Give them a few days. If they don't respond, let me know what the ticket number is and I'll try to poke them, but - again - there are no guarantees in current circumstances.
