I keep getting a 404 message.
Would be nice if we had some kind of server status notification icon/light.
It would also be stellar if we knew ahead of time if it was a planned downtime.
Possible even something telling us when it isexpected to be back online?

Good to know it wasn't just me. Perhaps in the future we will have something that let's us know the server is live or down so we at least know it isn't on our end. I pinged it every 5 minutes for an hour and gave up.
If it says "server error", it's server, not you. Same when you get Cloudflare error (usually "Error 502"). If it's you, it'll most likely be loading forever (although, loading forever does not necessarily mean it's you).
They do announce when it's expected, although not always as early as we might like, but I don't think we'll ever get a proper status page, so it's best to learn how to recognise the problem.

Hello! Why can't you get into the game? Do you receive any error messages? If yes, what's written there?
I was just casting raids and got a server maintenence message. Do we know how long it will be down? Would have been nice to get a warning. I would have drained res instead of trying to get it had I known.
You got a message giving you a warning that there will be maintenance in some amount of time (the exact minutes+seconds countdown was given and it reappeared 5min before the update) and that the server will be down for up to 15min. Your response to that is that it "would have been nice to get a warning" and you want to know "how long it will be down".
I am not sure how to respond to that. 🤔

My mistake it seems I translated the server is going down as the server is down. Maybe I did that same thing last time. Damnation on me lack of readers for this fine print.

is the server down? It keeps giving me errors when I try to log in.
There is still no indicator letting a player know if the server is live or not. Without this it is hard to know if the error is on my end requiring a reinstall or on the servers end being down.
All Plarium games are down at the moment.
This time at least, it's not that hard to see the problem. It says "Server Error" on your screenshot, so it's obviously the server, not you.
it does say server error that is correct.
Is that an error in my program trying to connect to the server and needing an update or an error with the server not responding? I don't know.
It would be nice if we had a feature to tell us when the server is down or live.
