It had to have been 51100 before. For 35 galleons, that's exactly 1460 per galleon. If it was 51000, then each of your galleons would have non-integer capacity: 51000/35 = 1457.142857, which is clearly impossible. Maybe you just didn't notice the extra 100?

Exactly 51k is achievable with 30 galleons (Market level 22) and, I think, level 21 of the House O' Navigation, without prestige. Don't hold my word for it, though; it's been I while since I've had that configuration.

Level 21 of House o' Navigation would give you extra 3k.
