Resource activation not working.

Heads up - I activated 50k of rum in smugglers den.

The numbers there reduced and I got no rum from the activation.

Don't even go there with the contact support rubbish - it doesn't work.

Just wanted to warn others to be aware, if you buy your rubies or not - you could be getting nothing for them.

Risking your ire, I'll suggest you do exactly that, for a very simple reason: I pile up resources from quests and tournaments, only to activate them when I really need them (including occasional 50k packs of rum that I've had for a long time). For that reason, I activate them quite a lot, always the exact amount that I need, and it never failed me, so having someone look specifically at your account could prove useful.

My last claim was a 2k pack of gold about 14 hours ago, and it worked exactly as it should've. My lust rum claim was a bunch of 1k packs about two days ago (so, after the last update), and it also went fine.

Glad you are finding things work ok Crowbar and thanks for your reply.

I simply cannot be bothered to wait for the "support team" to send me a computer generated response over a few items in a game.

The game itself is becoming more and more of a farce with different items not working correctly. 

Seems the only thing that does work consistently is the payment of cash.

I could go on but really am losing interest here.

I wasn't bragging there. The point I was trying to make is that it's very likely specific to your account (possibly, but not necessarily just yours; there might be others there), and there's not much that they can do to fix it if you don't report it. Even with Support's lack of proper responses, the info that "this player had this problem" is likely to be passed to the devs and they'll try to fix it for the future.

Also, I think you should be given the lost rum back, but I can't promise that you will be.
