Not on The Golden Coast. I don't play other servers, but you might need to specify which one you're talking about.

It was on the Golden Coast. But I also have other issues with my haven. Like I didn't get the 50 Etches that come with the last Easter gift pack. It's like I lost those 4 hours. When I logged on the upgrade challenge was "calculating" and I claimed the gift pack but I didn't get the Etchings. Oh well I guess the Kabam glitches followed to this server - lol

The tournament ended at 12:00 UTC. You sure you didn't miscalculate when it was supposed to end.
As for the 5x10 etchings (a bit stingy gift, IMO), did you check your Smuggler's Den, under "Resources"?
