Yes, it's been a common problem for months now, having nothing to do with the transfer. Some have had it on Kabam, some here (regardless of which map they're playing, including the original Plarium (non-Kabam) one),...

The only thing you can do is submit a ticket, although people are reporting that it takes the Support quite a while to fix it. Might help if you reply (asking about your request) to that automated Support's mail a few days after receiving it.
