I think the amount of parleys in the brethren court was reset to six parleys total. It also effect the haunted cemetery I cannot use the black chips to revive.
All my folks still show on the screen, it just does not seem to acknowledge they exist.

Oops you probably are correct as we did both. I just got a friend request and he appeared on the DC screen.
Apparently, your max. 6 shipmates can see all of your reports. It's not happening for me (yet), and I'm trying to figure out why. When I do, I'll make a topic for Kabamians on "Guides" subforum.So now the question is what is the purpose of the parley?

Pirate devs have a LOT of work to do. They have been on vacation for months.
They have done nothing since adding Unified Presidios
All recent updates have been global for all games and servers, and pirate devs have ignored all special updates

I expect shipmates' stuff to change in the near future and to be like on the original Plarium map.
It sounds like the Devs need to get off vacation and get on sorting out the mess...There are a lot of players that are not happy with the shipmate/parley system as it is and changing things and ending up worse off :(

On the issue of Dark Corsairs you guys do know they are limited to 50. Also To increase this number you apply pearls in the witch doctors hut. The parleys have been since I started playing pirates at 6. And I've been playing since Day 1(Dec of 2014). If you don't use them then your total available is maxed at 50. This number is controlled by the accumilation of DCs you have total not per day. For instance my daily I can res is 23, thanks to graves. Not the 3 that you start off with
You can send out parley requests to others, however they have to accept. Sending the request doesn't automatically make you shipmates.As noted above you can limit the reports you receive about activity, except one. The one you don't see is when your mate is fireshipd.
