Checking with friends - this occurs after claiming rewards and is linked to the mail system.

Please, report it to the Support, so that the devs can take a peak in one of those havens experiencing the problem, as it's not happening to everybody (for example, I am not experiencing it at the moment).

@CaptChuckles: The chat wiping is, unfortunately, quite common. Plarium seems to like to wipe out all the data it can, especially when updating the game.

new: Now it works without help from Support. Maybe you have to logout of the game and after to login again, before clear your cash of your computer. I hope this will help some of you too.

Frankly, I want a bug-free game. 

It's official policy to have these things reported and it usually makes a lot of sense to do so, as it helps find out where the problem is. So, I direct people in that direction.

I was able to help me alone^^ 

Logout - Explorer closed - cleared my cache - new explorer - login....now it runs normal. so maybe its better to try this first :-)

In this particular case, I consulted with Alyona first, to check if everyone has the problem. Yes, it seems widespread, but not affecting everyone, so tickets still make sense.

So you mean you don't want to see any new features added? Just bug fixes?

if bots are bugs then YES !

Although i understand your frustration with the bots i don't think anything will be done about them 

they were never to be part of the game As plarium neglected the part of keeping them from producing rapidly like they did,

So to kill the resources they produced was the best option, surely not taking it in consideration that 90% of the game income now came from them and now is the problem they created in the players..
