Yes, there is: raise a Support ticket. They have access to the logs and can see where the rubies went (i.e., what did you spend them, when did you buy them, etc). If you didn't spend them, they should be able to see that too.
Try to be as informative as possible in your ticket. For example, give them a time frame when that happened (for example, "on Fri 11:07 UTC the rubies were there, but then on Sun 13:17 UTC I noticed that they were missing").
