Changed E-mail Address and Cannot Access Responses from Support

Hi there. I changed my e-mail address a while back and cannot access e-mails from Support in response to my questions. I bookmarked the ticket page, but it has been changed.


Is there any way to change the e-mail address on the account to my new address?

when you are in game,


in the top right corner,


Click on your name or Profile Picture,


It will take you to a new window,


In that window In the header, Click 3rd Tab which says "Profile"


This will have two sub tabs, in 1st tab "Profile Information"


Click Edit in top right corner, Scroll Down to your email & Click Edit Again.


There you can change it.

Thanks for your reply. I tried to change my e-mail address in Profile and it says "This e-mail address has already been confirmed. To change the confirmed e-mail address, please contact Plarium Support". I submitted a ticket under Account Management - I want to change my e-mail
