Usually theres more buildings than this this is obviouslly been hacked as there is only one page where is rum and all the basic buildings gone clearly its been modified someway i cant even give real coordinates too its saying invalid someone has clearly hacked this
Accusations of "hacking" shouldn't be made so lightly. Instead, you can politely ask for an explanation of things you don't understand and someone (usually me) will respond within a day or so.
As for the buildings... I've just checked and you've built 6 distilleries ("rum") , which is the maximum allowed number, so you are no longer offered to build new ones. Instead, upgrade the ones you have. The same goes for warehouses and cellars (you have 3 of each, which is max.), and I'm pretty sure it's the same for any other building that you feel is missing.
If you have a question for some specific building type, feel free to ask.
As for the coordinates, I don't understand what is bothering you here. What do you mean "its saying invalid"? I read the coords off of your screenshot just fine.
