Problem with 2FA

One of my account had 2FA enabled. For somewhile ago, after a phone/software/app update I couldn't find the code for Plarium anymore at my google authenticator. But that specific profile still asking QR code everytime to log in. Nor It let me renew it by scanning the QR again. So I been using the backup codes that I had from Plarium for some months, but they all expired now. (not accepted anymore)

I placed a ticket to support for it with a screenshot but received no response in last 14 hours. (except the automated response)

What can I do to recover my account? how to renew/remove this 2FA thing?

You should've tried the Support sooner, while you still had the spare codes, as to avoid the rush that you're in now. They usually take a while to respond.

The whole point of 2FA is to not let anyone in without the right code, and you say you've just used them all. So, if anyone can help you, it's the Support.

You can send me the number of your ticket (from the confirmation email) in a DM and I'll try to get them to address it more quickly, but that's the maximum that we here can do.

DMs don't always show up for me, so let me know here when you send it, and then I'll know to look for it.

No worries if they delay, in just two more weeks that account would be 10 years old hereπŸ˜‚. I'm okay about waiting ....

The ID at right side is the ticket number? right above where status says "open" ?

I don't know what it looks like these days, but the ID should be in the subject of the confirmation email. It should look similar to this: "Plarium Support Center | PC Games [THE-ID] - The title".

Found and sent at DM to you.

I placed two tickets in total, forgot about screenshot at first one. hope that doesn't confuse things. The subject of both tickets is the same.

Got it. I've pinged my CM and they should ask the Support to try to resolve it as soon as possible.

No worries. I don't close them anyway, unless it turns into crossposting or a similar issue.
