Hi! Am I right to conclude from your surname that you live in Denmark or Sweden This region has some issues at the moment and some players might have problems connecting.

Plarium's devs are on it at the moment, but I don't know when will it be fixed. If you have VPN, using one with an APN outside of those two countries seems good as a workaround for the issue.

Are Plarium(Ukraine) using Russian Servers and websites?

Are Nordic Countries blocking access to Russian webs?

I know they use mymail.ru  etc which have always caused conflicts like phantom mail and broken battle reports etc

I don't know what they use, but it shouldn't really matter, as they are behind CloudFlare, which is a US company. Also, the problem was more widespread the other day. It was fixed for other regions yesterday, but this bit still persist.

@Elmer Pedersen, this issue is resolved. You should restart your app (i.e., quit it completely, including from the tray and run it again). Reinstall is not needed.

Nothing happens, and I cannot get into the game and it only says:

@Elmer Pedersen, I am sorry it is still not working for you.

You cannot play in the browser. Flash support was dropped years ago, and Plarium decided to make their own app. This is what the "Download" link gives you.

Looking at your screenshot, the link seems a bit strange. Please, try to download the app here, and then try to install it.

If it is still not working, please include that screenshot as well (like the one above) and write what processor and Windows version are you running. I'll then ask my CMs if they have any more ideas.

The second link is taking you to install Plarium Play (app for Win and Mac), which is required for Plarium's desktop games. Follow that, install the app, and then - inside that app - pick which game you want to play.
