The progress bar on buildings are not working good

Hello Plarium,

Platform: FB

Sometimes the progress bar on buildings are not working, it show empty progress when the real progress is different.



Can you please fix this?

Did you notice any pattern in when it happens, i.e., how can the devs reproduce the problem so they can fix it more easily?

Yes, right now i am testing and i've checked this happens when you simply go to map, navigate for some seconds and return back haven, now it show empty the same distillery.

I just tried and it didn't happen to me. Maybe it's just FB servers or even just your acc. Please provide your ID (bottom left of the Help window) or specify which server (The Pirate Bay/The Golden Coast/Sirens' Strait) and at which coordinates you're playing on.

If you're not comfortable with it, then send it to me via Portal's private messages.

In some hours the upgrade will be finished, hope you can fix or found the error on my acc., else no problem it's just a visual bug. Thank you!

Not me, I'm just a player like you, but with a contact in Plarium to help them chase technical issues. I can't check your acc, as that would've given me unfair advantage in the game.

I relayed all the info, but it'll likely take them a few days to act on it, and they certainly won't do anything before Monday.
