Plarium Play App

I can no longer log in using the Plarium Play App. It says Unknown Error.

I also cannot log in via the Plarium app.  It tells me my information is incorrect, even though I can log in through my browser with that same info

Please specify which server (The Pirate Bay/The Golden Coast/Sirens' Strait) you're playing on, and at which coordinates.

Hello! The application should be already updated to a new version. If the issue still relevant on your side?

This issue has been resolved by Plarium. 

Now I have the updated Plarium Play App and there is a new problem I have found. The space bar on my keyboard no longer works when typing BH messages or private messages in game. It is a new keyboard and works with everything else.

I was forced to update the APP today.   What a mess.   Keyboard on my Laptop is now not working.  Did not get into any server or game.  I could not type in my ID or Passwords.  On top of that my Keyboard is not working in  Windows, Word,  Windows Notepad or in Thame Document file.  Then hole Laptop has no Keyboard.  What has Plarium done.   Hard enough to play in Chrome and impossible to play by phone and now their computer APP will not work and shuts off Keyboards.    Is Plarium going to pay the repair bills?  Geek Squad wants to replace the RAM and Hard Drive and reboot the whole machine back to factory.

I have been trying to download the plaruim play app for several days now! I have tried Chrome & other browsers, tried clearing my cache, etc... and get the same result. At 50% I get  Installation failed! Error Code: f42b1e31-56cc-437d-acd5-5ca02cd15b48.

BillyBlood,  Support got back to me about your issue and recommend you  delete the current app that is installed on your PC right now and re-install it from our site.

The old version is kept here: C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Local\Plarium (where USERNAME is the name of the current user)
