TINK on golden coast x596 y -324 my browser is Yahoo .. more of my players are now telling me they cannot take pardons any more ..

Hello, guys! Thank you for bringing this issue to my attention. The thing is that there is a glitch in the game and our devs are working on a fix.
I expect that this issue will be solved with the next update of the game.

It let me pardon a bonnie this morning. I've reports of ACCESS DENIED message and troops not showing up.
I've forwarded this link to membership so they can give their own details if they desire.
Golden Coast server. Chrome Browser.
It seems to be working for some of us. Is it fixed already?
Maybe an announcement in thread when it is officially working properly again?

I don't think it's fixed already. Pretty sure it just got confirmed today, when it was reported here.
I don't know what causes the bug, but it could easily be random, i.e., not affecting everybody (or not affecting everybody equally).
Also, I do expect them to tell us when they fix it. They usually do.
