Sorry, that's not much to go on. Please specify which platform (Plarium/FB) and server (The Pirate Bay/The Golden Coast/Sirens' Strait) you're playing on.
Also, did you do any Bastion actions after the downgrade? For example, did you first downgrade that other one and then upgrade yours from 10 to 11?
Lastly, please reload the game and make another screenshot. This one has some graphical glitch and I cannot really see the state of this requirement (it should be an "X" or a checkmark, not whatever this is).

That graphical glitch has existed on my computer since we became a level 11 a couple months ago. No we where a level 11 and still need to take a presido. I will have another BH member send you a screenshot of our Bastion requirements

This is what was asked for before we hit the BH Independence 2 and downgraded their bastion, and the same Message still shows - in other words nothing changed after the downgrade. Sirens' Strait - tides of fortune.CrowbarModerator
