1. I cannot place a level 1 canon on my gate or tower.

When placing it, aim for the bottom of the tower, not for the top.

2. I was not rewarded, after completing a task, taking out a level 37 prize.

Elaborate, please. Did you try to claim it in the "Quests" window:

3. Most importantly I was not leveled up after making all the experience point. I received a message telling me I was overlooked. The message was sent leveling up from 74 to 75 the first time. I am at 75 now but it took me two times to get it.

I just bought some rubies, and then some etchings. I went to upgrade my imfermary to a level 15 and nothing happened. My etchings applied but my upgrade did not.  Please look into this too. 

I'll ask a Support agent to look it up. Please, give them a day or two.

1. Have you managed to place the Cannon? If not, please attach a screenshot of your Haven and specify where you are trying to place the Cannon.

2. I have checked your quests and found the one for attacking Prize level 76. Please clarify if you completed the quest for Prize level 37 or just cleared the Prize level 37? 

3. Please specify the exact date when you reached level 75. I have checked your account logs starting from November, 1 and since then you had level 75 already. 

4. Infirmary upgrade. Please specify the exact date of the upgrade. I have not found this information in your logs.
