I cannot answer "why?", but I can tell you that it's caused by the "pest" in it. Try to type "Budape.st" and it'll be fine.

I don't consider this a solution, but the censor list has been its nonsensical self since before I started playing (over 5 years ago) and it's unlikely to change.
