if i click "add to friends" in chat or on the map, these person don't get an request. I tried this very often now and asked if they got an request. This is with the browser and even the app version.
I'm sorry, but I cannot confirm this. I just had a BH member send me a request (on s2@Plarium) and I got the notification, even without reloading the game. I've accepted it and it all went just fine.
Can you provide more details? Platform (Plarium/Facebook), map (The Pirate Bay, The Golden Coast, The Sirens' Strait,...), coords, as well as the coords of those who sent you the requests? If you feel uncomfortable posting that info here, send it to me via direct message and I'll pass it on to one of the Support agents.
Addendum: More BH mates sent me friend requests and one even sent a parlay. It all worked flawlessly for us.
Yes, it doesn't work in the app yet.
The friends' requests feature is still being developed for the app. You can view the requests only via the browser.

If i get requests i can accept it with no problems. I play it via plarium/without facebook.
So know i tested it with a BH member and it worked. But before that i had people confirming that they didnt get a request. I will keep an eye on it.

Thank you. Knowing the details is essential when we need the devs to address the problem. If they can't reproduce the problem and have no actual events to look at in logs, they have nothing to work on. That's why my first impulse was to try and reproduce it.

The option to add friends through the Plarium Play application is not available yet.
It can be added in the future, however, I am unable to provide any timeframes.
