1. sent a liberate army to liberate a BH member that was blockaded 

2. I didn't get a liberation report and the game seemed to freeze/didnt get a report of the liberation action as it should

4. After the reloading, I only got a blockaded report from the occupying player that shows me that I lost all off army that i sent in there.

Activated features at that moment:

-  prestige status level 10

- 10% offensive power

- Used several nautical charts of 25% each until the liberation action reached 2 seconds of time left

This seems to me like an error/bug  because i only received a blockaded report after i sent my liberate action and didn't have the chance to recall my off army.

Hello, Captain!

I have checked your account logs and found the reason you have not received the liberation report. When your troops arrived to liberate your friend's Haven, it was already vacant (i.e. not blockaded). The attacker recalled his troops. This is why your units were located as reinforcements at the friend's Haven and you did not receive the report.

Then the attacker sent another blockade to your friend's Haven and your offensive troops were fighting as defenders. 

This situation is a part of the regular gameplay, and there were no server issues at the battle time. I am afraid we are unable to consider compensation in this case.

Please track your Units at Pirate Stronghold and use Garrisons tab to recall the troops. 

Since the situation has not been caused by a bug, the topic will be closed.
