the issue started after the games update even though i am a member of the brotherhood i am incapable of claim the clans event prizes every time i click on claim reward button nothing happens this is quite a annoying bug and i'd appreciate if you fixed it as fast as possible

Agent Andrew has credited you with the ranking rewards on May, 11. Please note that the regular tournament rewards were not available since you have changed the Brotherhood.

Agent Andrew has added 2700 Rubies, 7 Pearls and 1 Relic "Davy Jones' Locker". Other rewards shouldn't be issued.

Hi again. I hate to be a pest but I still have BH event that I can't collect.Yes, I was awarded rewards from the event 3 weeks ago but a NEW issue has been seen. If you check my haven, it will show one event completed from 2 weeks ago and it is stuck and I can't collect. My tenure in hells viking is STILL being questioned . The issue is not resolved and continues to question proper vesting in a BH I have belonged to for close to 6 weeks now. Thanks for all you guys have done and hope to have this resolved soon.
