Regarding the initial issue with launching, could you provide a bit more detail?

I have a problem, I can't get it for two days, it keeps telling me to install and update it, but it doesn't load it, it just installs it all the time, after some time it sends me to support, where the game isn't even on the technical support list... after two days of downloading, I give up, which is a pity, because I'm lvl 21, maybe low, but I liked this game

Hey I bought coins on Merge Gardens and they did a duplicate charge. Do you guys know who to contact? Thanks

I can not get the game to fit on my screen.  I have tried to resize my resolution. Game still will not fit to screen size.  Way to large.  Plarium Play site will not fit my screen either.

I love playing Merge Gardens, but every so often the game won’t launch until I uninstall and reinstall Plarium Play. This time, I can’t reinstall it at all—the link just keeps redirecting in circles. It’s super frustrating.

Feels like a broken link or some kind of redirect issue… maybe even related to how do you reverse a 301 redirect ?
