Anti-weapon,and mech implants
For example,a legendary implant.Like "Damage from rocket mortars" - 60%.This would mean all rocket mortars would only do 40% of the total damage.If this existed for more mechs,and/or weapons.It would nega omegle te things,like unfair xender advantages,for certain mechs and weapons.Another good one would be Damage bonus against stalker predator drive- + 25%.
