i asked for support but plarium team took 12 hours to 1 day to respond to my request. Hope the plarium team will respond to the player's request sooner.

Yes, your support team will reply within a certain time, but are they like bots ?? Because all of them give the exact answers or repies and they just don't feel like real human support ?
So that is why people are complaining and are you guys doing anything about this ??
Well lets see... lots of players, so thats one thing..
Support may live in ukraine, so thats another..
As for the bots bit, all support staff for any company are given scripts with common replies/support questions. So thats one more reason.
